RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Aegis Gym Wear LLC, we take pride in the quality of our garments and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is lightly worn, unwashed, and in re-sellable condition.
- The removable AGW tag must be shipped along with the garment.[It is re-attachable but placed in shipping packaging is also fine]
- If the tag is removed, altered, or missing, the item is ineligible for a refund or exchange.
- The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- The item arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at aegisgymwear@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
- Wait for approval and return instructions from our team.
- Ship the item back to us in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- If the removable tag is missing or the garment shows heavy wear, no refund will be issued.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or design, please follow the return process above. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards and sale items are final sale.
- Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
